Haxe and Co were hard to beat, very good portions, Äppler is good to drink, prices are fair. The rest that the waitress dragged past us looks good too. Gladly again. Well-behaved dogs are no problem. But reservation is recommended.

Rustic ambience with nice service and good food. The cider is really cool, just wanted to drink a glass with the work colleagues, 6 of them were out. EiIf the weather is nice, the beer garden, or is it called apple orchard garden in Hesse Hessen very pleasant. Hope it was not my last visit.

We were there again after 30 years and it was just great as before. We will be back on Saturday.

A truly authentic German Äppelwoi Gastwirtschaft (casual dining). Away from the Frankfurter Sachsenhausen busy locations. A somehow hidden place.
